This private Lake Tahoe vacation rental in Lake Village is nestled among towering scented pines in Nevada one mile (1.6 km) from the California border. It is a two-story, fully equipped private residence surrounded by trees, in a serene and quiet setting. Total floor area is about 1,800 square feet (~180 square meters). It has a 300-gallon, 4-person, top-of-the-line "Hot Spring" HOT TUB on a private outdoor deck (white hot tub visible on the lower deck). There is a 4' X 8' POOL TABLE. The lower-floor master bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor, the master bedroom has a queen bed and a small deck above the hot tub. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper in front of the romantic gas fireplace. Rough-sawn wood beams, floor-to-ceiling glass flanking the fireplace, "Southwest" decor, and a cathedral ceiling provide lots of Tahoe charm. Parking is near the opposite corner of the building with 10 steps down a walkway and 20 up to the covered front entrance. This condo connects to #57 Burke via the exterior sundeck.
