This Lake Tahoe vacation rental in Lake Village is nestled among towering scented pines in Nevada one mile (1.6 km) from the California border. It is a three-story, fully equipped private residence. Total floor area is about 1,700 square feet (~170 square meters). There is a LAKEVIEW from each level through the tower pines to the west. It has a 300 gallon, 4-person, top-of-the-line "Hot Spring" HOT TUB on the private outdoor deck on the lowest level. There is a lakeview from the hot tub as well. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper, three roll-a-way beds and a half bath off the living room. A gorgeous gas fireplace, lots of glass, tiled counters and a good view. Parking is sixty feet from the door with one step up to the front entrance.
